ERP Manufacturing Software Sales Executive

Location: Greenville, SC

Overview:

Jobscope is looking for an ERP Manufacturing Software Sales Executive based in Greenville, SC. Reporting directly to the president, this position is responsible for driving new business sales of Jobscope ERP software solutions and professional services revenue by identifying, pursuing and closing new customers.

Jobscope provides ERP and manufacturing software solutions to mid sized manufacturers in the following markets: Engineer to Order, Make to Order, Job Shops, Government Contractors, Industrial Equipment, and Aviation Repair & Overhaul; Jobscope is lean, profitable, has a strong product mix, a good customer base, and a well-qualified team of support, development, and implementation personnel. Customers range from large Government Contractors like Britain's Atomic Weapons Establishment http://www.awe.co.uk to mid size companies like Par Systems www.par.com and local companies like MP Husky www.mphusky.com and Engineered Products www.engprod.com

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota
Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan and opportunity pipeline
Maintain and drive high level of weekly sales activity
Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level
Develop strong knowledge of Jobscope's Products & Services and the manufacturing market place.
Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for future prospects
Understand and Apply sales methodologies to:

  • Create initial interest
  • Identify, define and document critical business needs
  • Create a vision of the potential solutions to critical business needs
  • Effectively justify return on investment
  • Qualify, control and close opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience selling in the manufacturing software market place
  • Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and processes such as: ERP, Engineering, BOM, Estimating, Sales Order Processing, MRP, Work Orders, Production Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Contacts within manufacturing marketplace that can be leveraged to build a pipeline
  • Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision
  • Proficiency in PC and Internet skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, sales force automation and web meeting tools.
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to travel 30 - 50% of the time and flexibility in work schedule
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Ability to communicate with & present to all levels within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Level, Operational Level, IT, or business owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    Exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
    Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
    Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans
    Implement and follow successful sales processes
    Be a Self-starter & independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously

Compensation:

Software Quality Assurance

Location: Greenville, SC
Compensation: Base Salary plus Bonus

Description: Responsible for developing and executing software test plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute software test plans, from requirements, scenarios, or use case documentation, and provide effective feedback to developers, project managers, and team members
  • Participates in planning and review of new releases and feature sets
  • Works with Development Leaders & Project Managers to review scope documents, use cases and timelines
  • Works with End users to insure accurate definition of problem reports and to develop pre and post production testing plans
  • Develops test plans for all new features and production support fixes
  • Enforce Production Control processes
  • Share knowledge with QA staff
  • Maintain Test Scripts
  • Write and maintain product documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min 5 years applicable experience

Junior .NET Developer

Location: Greenville, SC
Compensation: Base Salary plus Bonus

Description: Perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements. Maintain and modify programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing SQL Server and .NET 3.5.
  • Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
  • Test and develop programming modifications.
  • Write new program code using prescribed specifications.
  • Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.
  • Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
  • Write and maintain programming documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
  • Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
  • Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Knowledge of object oriented programming, C#, VB.NET. Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports. Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications. Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes. Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications. Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions. Ability to learn and support new systems and applications. Work with users requires interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Senior ERP Manufacturing Software Implementation Consultant

Location: Greenville, SC

Description: Jobscope is looking for a senior ERP manufacturing software consultant with experience implementing manufacturing software and accounting solutions.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include Project Management and Implementation of Jobscope ERP Manufacturing Software including, Estimating, CRM, Engineering, Production Control and Scheduling, materials management, cost accounting, and general accounting. In addition the consultant will be involved in demonstrating the products, so strong oral and presentation skills are required.
